Gift-style book with an anthology of stories, poems, illustrations, and cartoons. Profusely illustrated in black and white by famous artists including: Maud Humphrey, [L.J.] Bridgman, W.H. Shelton, D. Clinton Peters, E.G. Tucker, E.C. Held, Irene E. Jerome and [Charles] Copeland. The headpiece on the first chapter features an illustration with the title Sunshine for Little Children over the chapter title “Wee Girls and Boys.” Sunshine Publishing Company also published the title, Sunshine for Little Children, in 1888.
