A nice mid-20th century illustrated cookbook showing minimal use. Colorful line drawing illustrations by Bill Charmatz (1925-2005), a style made famous in his work for Sports Illustrated magazine. During WWII, he drew charts and maps for the U.S. Navy’s graphics unit. Charmatz was a founding member of the Illustrators Guild and served as a vice president of the Graphic Arts Guild.
