The featured story is titled “John Imberlay, Trustee” by Homer Greene, the eighth chapter of nine. Also featuring “Days and Dollars” by Carroll Watson Rankin, and “A Torpedoed Tornado” by Frank Littie Pollock. Five pages concentrate on boys who sell subscriptions to the periodical and their rewards. The boys are referenced as “companion workers” who “can speak personally of the merits of the paper.” Thirty six pages contain advertisements for the latest books, music, parlor games, crafts, small machines for the home, lanterns, sports equipment, dolls and toys for girls, tableware, and accessories for men and women.
