An advertising book issued in the syle of a scrapbook. Each page has a color postcard of a local city site pasted above a business card or letter head of a local company. Wonderful look at Portland’s business culture and civic infrastructure in the early 20th century. Date of the album based on the advertisements for the National Motor Vehicle dealer and Gates Half-Sole Tires, both which had a limited commercial life. Shumate Railroad Printer seems to have been the manufacturer of the album, but no information available on its compilation.
